1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Questy (the "Service"), operated by Piyush Sawant, a sole proprietor based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Questy is an interactive audio fiction platform. Users may listen to story episodes, make narrative choices, and unlock additional content through a paid subscription.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Premium access is sold as a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for the transaction. By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Service, redistribute audio or text content, generate content that violates applicable law, or abuse the platform in ways that disrupt other users.
7. Intellectual property
All story content, audio, and software is owned by Piyush Sawant or its licensors and is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at piyush354@gmail.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.
