Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage billing button in your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends automatically.
Refunds — general rule
If you're not satisfied with your Questy subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of the original charge and we will review it in good faith. Because Questy is a digital service that delivers audio generated on demand, we generally do not refund partial billing periods or unused time after the 14-day window — but Paddle's standard refund policies always apply in addition to ours, and we honour any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.
Paddle's refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
When we will refund
- You were billed for a renewal but had cancelled before the renewal date and the cancellation did not register due to a fault on our side.
- You were unable to access any of the paid content due to a verified technical issue we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
- You are entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal, where applicable for digital services).
How to request a refund
Email piyush354@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, our payment processor will retry several times over a few days and you will see a banner in-app prompting you to update your card. Access is maintained during this grace period. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and premium access ends.
